How to Order
How do I place an order on WadiTCG?
Simply browse our catalog, select the cards or bundles you want, click “Add to Cart”, then “Checkout”. You will be asked to log in or register, choose your shipping and payment method, and confirm your order.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders can only be canceled or changed before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed, it can no longer be modified.

What do the different product statuses mean?
- In Stock: Item is available and ready to ship.
- Pre-Order: Item is not yet released; shipping will begin once stock arrives.
- Sold Out: Item is currently unavailable.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship across Saudi Arabia and the GCC?
Yes. We deliver throughout Saudi Arabia and to select GCC countries and Internationally too. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take within Saudi Arabia?
Delivery within Saudi Arabia typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location and the courier service.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, international shipping outside the GCC may be limited. Available destinations will appear during checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mada, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, and other supported payment methods available at checkout.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your card details.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Due to the nature of collectible items, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
Opened trading cards, booster packs, and used items are non-returnable.
What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund according to our Return Policy.

Are all your products genuine?
Yes. WadiTCG sells 100% authentic products sourced from authorized distributors. We do not sell counterfeit or unofficial items.
How are items packaged?
All items are carefully packaged to protect collectors’ value. We use protective materials to minimize damage during shipping.
Pre-Orders
How do pre-orders work?
Pre-order items can be reserved before official release. Payment is charged at checkout, and your order ships once stock arrives. Estimated release dates are listed on the product page.
What happens if the release is delayed or cancelled?
Release dates are estimates and may change due to supplier delays. If a pre-order is canceled by the supplier, you will receive a full refund.
