We work hard to ensure fast, secure, and reliable delivery across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.


1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver to:

Saudi Arabia (KSA)

Nationwide coverage to all cities and regions.

GCC Countries

  • United Arab Emirates
  • Kuwait
  • Bahrain
  • Qatar
  • Oman

International shipping outside GCC will be added soon.


2. Processing Time

Because we operate from our own warehouse with stocked inventory, most orders process quickly.

In-Stock Products

  • Processing time: Same day to 1 business day
  • Orders placed before 5 PM may ship same day.

Pre-Order Products

  • Pre-order items ship immediately when stock arrives.
  • Release dates are clearly listed on product pages.
  • You will be notified before and after shipping.

3. Delivery Time

Within Saudi Arabia

  • 2–3 business days for major cities
  • 3–5 business days for remote areas

GCC Countries

  • 3–5 business days after dispatch

Delivery times may vary during holidays or due to courier delays.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout depending on:

  • Destination (KSA or GCC)
  • Order size/weight
  • Courier service availability

Free shipping promotions may be available during special events.


5. Combined Orders (In-Stock + Pre-Order)

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, you may choose:

Option 1 — Ship Together (Default)

All items are shipped once the pre-order item is available.

Option 2 — Ship Separately

If you want in-stock items shipped earlier,
contact us — additional shipping fees may apply.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Email confirmation
  • SMS from the courier
  • Tracking code for live updates

You can also check status from your WadiTCG account.


7. Packaging & Handling

We use collector-safe packaging to protect your cards:

  • Thick bubble wrap
  • Reinforced cardboard boxes
  • Sealed moisture protection
  • Flat protection boards for single cards

We ensure every shipment arrives in perfect condition.


8. Address Errors & Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping information is correct.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Missing information
  • No response from the recipient

The package may return to us.
Re-delivery will require additional shipping fees.


9. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged or incomplete order, please contact us within 48 hours:

10. Customs & GCC Orders

For GCC deliveries:

  • Customs fees (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.
