Return Policy (WadiTCG)

At WadiTCG, we take great care to ensure all products are delivered in excellent condition. However, if you receive a damaged item, we will gladly accept a return within 48 hours of delivery.


Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  1. The item must be damaged during shipping or defective.
  2. You must provide clear photos of the damage to help us process your request.
  3. The return request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Return Process

  1. Contact us immediately via Email or WhatsApp with:
    • Order number
    • Photos showing the damage
    • Description of the damage
  2. We will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item.
  3. Once the item is received and verified as damaged, we will either:
    • Replace the item at no additional cost, or
    • Issue a full refund.

Important Notes

  • Damaged
  •  items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  • Refunds or replacements will only be processed after inspection of the returned item.
  • This policy applies only to items damaged in transit or defective; other returns (like buyer’s remorse) are not accepted.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged.
