Return Policy (WadiTCG)

At WadiTCG, we take great care to ensure all products are delivered in excellent condition. However, if you receive a damaged item, we will gladly accept a return within 48 hours of delivery.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be damaged during shipping or defective.
- You must provide clear photos of the damage to help us process your request.
- The return request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Return Process
- Contact us immediately via Email or WhatsApp with:
- Order number
- Photos showing the damage
- Description of the damage
- We will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item.
- Once the item is received and verified as damaged, we will either:
- Replace the item at no additional cost, or
- Issue a full refund.
Important Notes
- Damaged
- items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Refunds or replacements will only be processed after inspection of the returned item.
- This policy applies only to items damaged in transit or defective; other returns (like buyer’s remorse) are not accepted.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged.
