By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from this Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

  • Eligibility to Use the Website

By using this Website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or accessing under supervision of a legal guardian.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Saudi law.
  • You will use the Website only for lawful purposes.

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

  • Nature of Products

We sell collectible products, including but not limited to:

  • Cards (sealed and unsealed)
  • Retro Video Games
  • Comics & Graphic Novels
  • Figures & Collectibles
  • Accessories and merchandise

Condition of Products

  • Products may be new, sealed, used, or graded.
  • Product condition is clearly described on each product page.
  • Minor manufacturing imperfections common to collectibles do not constitute defects.
  1. Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, prices, images, and stock information are accurate. However:

  • Images are for illustration purposes and may slightly differ.
  • Typographical or pricing errors may occur.
  • We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
  • Pricing, VAT & Currency
  • All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR).
  • Prices include 15% VAT, unless stated otherwise.
  • Shipping fees are calculated separately and shown at checkout.
  • Customs duties (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Orders & Contract Formation
  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
  • An electronic contract is formed only after payment is confirmed and order acceptance is issued.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
    • Stock unavailability
    • Pricing errors
    • Fraud suspicion
    • Violation of these Terms
  • Payments

We accept payment through secure Saudi-approved payment methods (e.g., Mada, credit/debit cards).

  • Payment must be completed in full before shipment.
  • We do not store card details.
  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension.
  • Shipping & Delivery
  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
  • Delivery delays caused by couriers, customs, or force majeure are not our responsibility.
  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details.
  • Failure to receive shipment due to incorrect address is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Right of Withdrawal & Returns

In accordance with Saudi E-Commerce Law:

General Returns

  • Customers may return eligible products within 7 days from delivery.
  • Products must be:
    • Unused
    • In original condition
    • With original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Opened trading card packs
  • Opened or used video games
  • Graded cards removed from protective cases
  • Items damaged by customer misuse
  • Digital or promotional items

 

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after inspection.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
  • Pre-Orders
  • Pre-order release dates are estimates and subject to change.
  • Delays from manufacturers or distributors are beyond our control.
  • Pre-orders may be canceled before shipping unless stated otherwise.
  • User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining account confidentiality
  • All activities conducted under your account

We are not liable for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.

  • Promotions & Discounts
  • Promotions are time-limited.
  • Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated.
  • We reserve the right to cancel misuse of promotions.
  • Intellectual Property

All Website content (logos, text, images, designs) is protected under Saudi and international intellectual property laws.

You may not:
